An old factory building was bought by this client and he wanted it to be his headquarters for this production unit. The function of the building was two contrasting activity spaces combining a factory with corporate office.Here the idea was to merge these two and yet not let one overpower the other. The exposed brick was used to create a factory wall with the name on it and a double height glass box was attached to it to give it a office entrance foyer feel. There was a shutter to unload material which was removed and the glass box was attached to it to create the lavish entrance. The guard cabin with landscaping was done.
