Modi House
The renovation project for Mr. Modi's 20+ years old house beautifully transformed the space from its old design to a seamless blend of traditional and modern aesthetics. The existing furniture was refurbished creatively, giving it a fresh lease on life by combining carved wooden details with sleek, modern finishes. Curves from the old design were reimagined into straight, contemporary lines, ensuring a harmonious balance of styles. Light colors dominated the palette, complemented by modern furniture in fresh, vibrant tones. Walls were treated with innovative textures, enhancing the overall appeal, while the master bedroom was adorned with stunning backdrop elements that added a touch of luxury. The guest room featured a traditional Lipan artwork on the wall, bringing a cultural essence to the space. The use of arches was done in the design, adding a subtle nod to the traditional architecture. Finally, the statue of Sai Baba was placed thoughtfully in a creative, reverent setting, making it a serene focal point in the home. The result is a timeless, rejuvenated space that respects its roots while embracing modernity.
